Try this http://mirror.netrino.co.uk/mirror.fedora.com/releases/13/Everything/i386/os/Packages/krusader-2.0.0-1.1.fc12.i586.rpm.

In general, if you can't find a package in a SL-compatible repo, then next place to look is on a Fedora mirror. SL6 is based on Fedora 12/13, so packages built for those releases will usually work fine on SL6.

Building/installing directly from source code should be a last resort really, and there's seldom a reason to do it on SL.
