Hi,

I am trying access sudeors file in the below directory,

CODE

/etc/sudoers


But i am getting the below error when accessing the same,

[balaji@unknown20cf30cca432 torrent]$ sudo cate /etc/sudoers
[sudo] password for balaji:
balaji is not in the sudoers file.  This incident will be reported.
[balaji@unknown20cf30cca432 torrent]$


Please help me to resolve this issue.

I have fixed this issue by editing the sudoers file by logging as root user. Thank you.

you edit /etc/sudoers by using visudo, it has sytax checks built in so you dont host your system.
