Rosegarden 11.11.42 is now available in the 'linuxtech-testing' repo, currently only for x86_64.
The i686 package will follow as soon as possible. Quick install instructions: install the linuxtech.repo config file if you don't have it already: su - root cd /etc/yum.repos.d/ wget http://pkgrepo.linuxtech.net/el6/release/linuxtech.repo install Rosegarden: yum --enablerepo=linuxtech-testing install rosegarden4 you might also want to install qjackctl (GUI to control the jack audio system) and a fluidsynth soundfont and qsynth (fluidsynth GUI) unless you are going to use a hardware MIDI synth: yum --enablerepo=linuxtech-testing install qjackctl qsynth fluid-soundfont-gm The package has a few dependencies from the 'linuxtech-release' repo so you need to have that enabled during installation. Rosegarden will install the following dependencies from the linuxtech repo: rosegarden4-feta-fonts rosegarden4-parmesan-fonts jack-audio-connection-kit libcelt libffado liblo liblrdf libraptor2 libxml++ -------------------- My personal SL6 repository, specialized in audio/video software: http://pkgrepo.linuxtech.net/el6/

Rosegarden for x86_64 is now available (see first post for details).
Please provide feedback if you try out this package! (I haven't tested it myself yet) Can a mod please delete the subtitle ("coming very soon!") of this thread and capitalise the 'L' of 'SL' in the title (I just realised I can't edit titles myself ).
