I'm not sure what's going on, but every time I open a graphical application for updates or adding/removing software I get the following warning:

The group list was invalid

The group list could not be loaded. Refreshing your cache may help, although this is normally a software source error.

Under more details it says: no comps categories

I don't think it has anything to do with software sources, as I am able to get updates through terminal just fine. I have never experienced this issue before. I'd like to be able to use the graphical applications again, although I don't know what I should do.

Hi Hakka,

This sounds like a cache/db issue. You might be able to correct the issue with:
CODE
su -c 'yum clean all;yum upgrade'

Hope this helps,
