I have installed SL6.2 on quad core 64-bit, and MPICH2 (which looks good). However when I attempt to compile a code I get the complaint:
"/usr/bin/ld: crt1.o: No such file: No such file or directory" as if it is a problem with linkers (glib,gcc etc...)? Any ideas of how to fix this (all else is correctly setup, maybe I installed MPICH2 incorrectly initially, yet all files seem to be correctly placed?
