I've recently installed SL 6.1, but there is one thing I still miss - a text-only usenet reader. In the past I've used slrn, but as far as I can tell there is no prebuilt slrn SL rpm, and fullfilling the build requirements of the slrn source rpm has turned out to be a bit of a PITA.

Is there a prebuilt slrn rpm somewhere, or can someone suggest a suitable text-only replacement for slrn?
