Does anyone use a Samsung SCX-3205W printer under SL-6.0?
So yes, whitch driver was intalled and where is possible to download it?

You have to download Samsung's "Unified (Printer) Driver" (available from the driver tab on Samsung's download page Feedmebits has pointed to). Installation is straightforward (unzip; cd ~/cdroot/Linux and then call the install.sh script as root). You may need to install packages sane-backends and qt-x11 before installation can work.

To my experience afterwards following command was necessary if SELinux is enabled:

restorecon -rv /usr/lib/cups/filter/*samsung*

It's ok for printer with the "restorecon" command ! smile.gif
But the scanner part http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2835777/BangHead1.gif not run on Ethernet interface, Have you the good solution ? (Scanner is OK on USB)
