I am trying to install SL 7.3 using the SL-7-DVD-x86_64.iso image (on USB drive). I selected the GNOME desktop version. I did not set up my network connection during configuration.

Now I am at the "User Settings" page where you can set the root password and create users. The progress bar is at 10/10 - retrying download of ncurses-libs-5.9-13.20130511.el7.x86_64.

Seems like a bug - stuck trying to connect without a connection. There is no obvious option to go back to set up the network or skip this and retry later. If the package isn't on the DVD, I should have gotten a message telling me letting me know that I must set up a network connection.

Very disappointing. mad.gif
