I've installed Scientific Linux 7.1 x64 as guest machine on windows 10 x64.

I tried to install Virtualbox Guest Additions, bu I got this error message and log as attached pictures.

You'd need the kernel-devel package that matches your running kernel. Please show us the output from the following commands:

rpm -qa kernel\* | sort

uname -mr

hi,
as said, you're missing the the above said kernel-devel package and you even have the command how to install it suggested in your 1st screenshot... :-)

This was resolved by re-installing with DHCP option.
