hello
I installed scientific linux cern 5.3 on my PC (Realtek Semiconductor Co.Ltd.RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller) . I failed to connect my PC with internet . Is it a problem of driver missing ? Or any other problem ? Should any one suggest for the exact driver ?

I've moved your topic and adjusted the subject line wink.gif

Sounds like a driver thing.
Please post the outcome of "lspci".
I'm sure there is a appropriate driver at ELRepo.

Hello Dyutima Das,

You can install the program that supplies the "lspci" command by running the following command in a terminal:

CODE
su -c 'yum install pciutils'

Hope this helps
