I am new to computing community, please bear with me..
I have 2 jbods, one with sas disks working @ 7.2k rpm
The other one also has sas disks and works @ 15k rpm
I need to buy a raid controller which i can connect with both jbods
Is it even possible to connect a single raid controller with both jbods
which are completely different?
Any suggestions?

Hi,
it is possible. But, there is lots of controllers with different 'hybrid' RAID options (and some doesn't even have RAID option at all). Check carefully with the HW manufacturer manual and with the HW seller before you buy the controller.
There is also more types of connectors, so best you can do is, contact the HW vendor, specify the SAS racks you have and they should be able to advice you.
Here's nice page with expl:
sas expansions and possible scenarios
best luck

cheers,
