Where are my icons in the taskbar?, icons taskbar| gert |

Hello All,
I just installed SLC Linux6.3 in VirtualBox machine on my PC (WinXP SP3 host). All works fine. Big problem. When I minimize a window (click on '_' button in top bar it fizzels to the lower right corner of the screen and then disappears. I can't see it's icon in the taskbar or anywhere. Is there a special key to press to get the icons back? Thanks fpr your help, Gert |

You may need to add "Window List" to your panel. Right click on the panel, select "Add to panel", select "Window List". You should also be able to get around with alt-tab. |
