hello
i have hp Dv6-7001tu laptop with beats audio, with pre installed windows, i install SL6.2 along with it,
every thing works fine except sound and which i click on touch pad, it does not respone
while the cursor is moving fine

post the output of:

aplay -L


and

aplay -l

and

lspci | grep -i audio

i update the SL 6.2, e kernel version is 2.6.32-279.1.1.el6.x86_64
then sound work fine

If I understand you correctly, the sound does work now?
No problems with the sound anymore?

yes, it is solved, thanks a lot
but i have problem with blue tooth & wifi,
there is another post with this name
"bluetooth and wifi problem "
i'll be very thankful
